HOW WE WORK

STEP ONE: PLAN

Everything we create, be it a magazine ad, a point-of-purchase display, a press release, a new web site or a trade show booth, is based on a strategic plan. We look closely at identifying your customer, his/her concerns, your competition, and the market situation as a whole before progressing on any creative project. We want to work closely with you during this crucial stage to put together a list of tactical objectives that allow each action item to be as effective as possible while meeting your budget and time frame.

STEP TWO: CREATE

Not so long ago, it was hard to imagine teamwork-based creation of marketing materials without having everyone in the same room at the same time. Fortunately, the power of internet-based communications is what allows our company to do creative development from anywhere on the planet. We have high-bandwidth internet lines that make it as easy to send images and layout ideas back and forth as easily as if we were a few feet away (as opposed to a few thousand miles). Example: on new advertisement creation, we'll do an initial presentation that you can view on our web site. After choosing a direction, the ad is refined and sent back and forth via e-mailed PDF files. Press releases, in-store displays, internet site development and much more can be accomplished from anywhere on the planet. Our job is to make sure our creative vision is aligned with your image. From traditional and time-tested to edgy and hip, we can give you the right look, voice and feel for your message. We also specialize in formulating templates that ensure your various marketing and communications tools (ads, print, web, trade show and so on) offer the consistency to build the equity in your brand.

STEP THREE: EXECUTE

Once we have a strategy and a creative pathway chosen, it's time to render the idea into something tangible. We're happy to either hand off our finished creative files to you, or to work directly with media and printing/production companies to see jobs through to their final delivery. The way we handle any size job is with our flexible network of freelance marketing professionals. From artists to web developers, public relations specialists, photographers, printers, writers, researchers and more, Jeff Klopmeyer Communications is the right firm to work with for everything from a short press statement to the execution of an entire annual marketing plan.
